Power Plant
Our Captive Power Plant of 21.6 MW is based on heavy fuel oil (HFO) operates with four Wartsila Engines (VASA 16V32LN). The rated output of each engine is 5.4 MW and each engine is equipped with ABB turbochargers type TPL 65. For heat recovery, it has four exhaust gas boilers of 3 TPH capacity supplied by Aalborg. The steam produced from the heat recovery system is used at the MED plant, which produces approximately 500 m3 a day of clean water.. A Reverse Osmosis plant with capacity of 750 m3 a day of water also forms part of the Power Plant.
